Bill Farren-Price
PPI founder and CEO Bill Farren-Price has 17 years experience in the energy industry, working both as a consultant and industry journalist. A specialist in MENA energy and politics, he offers unique insights into the challenges and opportunities that drive policy-making in major oil producing countries by combining strategic focus with an extensive network of high level contacts in the global energy and government sectors. Prior to establishing PPI, Bill led oil research at Medley Global Advisors, managing relationships across a broad trading and research client base. A former industry journalist, he held senior correspondent and editor posts with commodity and international news wires and more recently, edited the influential Middle East Economic Survey (MEES). He has regularly contributed articles on energy and the Middle East to a variety of international press and frequently speaks at international energy conferences. Bill is a graduate of the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) at the University of London.
